LMAO! I heard that guy play, and if he's the 2nd best drummer Italy has, I feel sorry for Italy. The guy was not impressive at all.

just for the record... I received an email from the studio owner sayin that Jim wrote him asking to send the tracks to his house in SC. He wanted to let me know as well that they are going to send him what he asked within the next 24 hours. He also cleared that as the one who paid for the work done, Jim deserves this and can ask as many copies he wishes for the following 2 years. I WONDER...AND ASK...THIS COULD HAVE HAPPEN 1 MONTH AGO WITHOUT SPREADING THE WORD I'M A PIECE OF SHIT FOR NOT HAVING THE TIME TO MAKE IT...I'LL LOOK LIKE I'M RPEATING MYSELF BUT...it was not me being paid by Jim...he PAID THE STUDIO GUYS...nor the drummer, me or the bass player...just the engineers and the studio time..PERIOD!

That cleared I haven't much more to say .... Only one thing Deano... I won't have any "Euro Pussy Like" reply to Voyager... he's been funny and educated.... he just spoke his mind about a performer like any of us doeas everyday...sadly I can't say the same thing about you.... I'm too tired of the whole thing and I have so many American friends right here to remind you that if you came from California, unless you are a Native American, you actually share a lot of Euro DNA as your ancient fathers, coming from Spain back in the 15th century and founded the land....if you think European people smells...well...I'll go take a shower....you take some History lessons and make up your mind you need a shower too...more-over...if it wasn't because of some "Euro Pussy Record Label"...the music you listen to and discuss about on this forum wouldn't be around anymore since 1996....but I'm sure you are well aware about all this as you live your life on forums right? Like someone said in a previous post...I HAVE NO TIME FOR GAMES AND BULLSHITS...THAT SAID...I give posts like yours the time that they deserve...1 millisecond... REFERRING TO BABYBLUE post "Don't go away like Jim" ... Baby..posts like Deano's one make me think it's totally USELESS to spend even only 5 minutes per day on forums you know? When things go like this and people start showing their total inadequacy along with a very low degree of education ... no words can help ...

I had a feeling when I read that the tapes had not arrived that they had been sent via Italy's regular mail - it's so bad the author of 'Eat Pray Love' actually commented about it in her book - no kidding. And I know how flippin' expensive UPS can be when a package crosses the border - the brokerage fees are so insane that there is a class action lawsuit here against UPS for what amounts to highway robbery, so I can understand not wanting to use them.

It sounded like Jim thought the tapes were being "withheld" by Alex, but if the studio had the originals and collected the fees, shouldn't they have sent Jim a copy in the first place since he paid for them?

I hope everything works out well for the both of you!

Hey Sherri,
thanks for understanding..it was agreed that the studio held the master copy and I had one regular copy just to get the guitars over it...they would have sent it if asked...if not...my copy was suppesed to be the master...

Anyway....well solved cause Jim called the studio...

I guarantee you without even looking, I am more educated than you Stinky.. I have 2 Bachelor's degrees from a PAC 10 University. Anyway, what does bullshitting on a music forum have to do with education? It's a fucking message board, not a President's Honor Roll. Jesus Christ.

I don't care how "busy" you say you are ... there's no excuse for not mailing something, and to type up excuses here trying to save face isn't going to work. Short of being in a car wreck, paralyzed, deployed to The Middle East or quarantined for an infectious disease, you're not going to spin your way out of this. I'm not sure if this is a case of malice, laziness, stupidity or some combination of the three, but you clearly fucked up. Admit it, mail the shit and move on. But don't come on here telling us that Jim could have done "this" a month ago ... he didn't because he thought you were gonna keep your fucking word. And although I know Europe is chock full of lazy, semi-retarded bastards, I'm not buying your excuses pertaining to the Italian mailing system. Even they're not that fucking dumb. And neither are we.
