He's not an attention whore.

There goes SJ, just can’t help himself…lol.

Everybody knows SP is a private person and does not go seeking attention. In ’05, it was publicized that Chisox players, instigated by their catcher AJ Pierzynski, personally sought SP out to be their good luck charm in theWS. My hunch is AJ was an acquaintance through his 1-year stint on the Giants team in’04. So when a Journey song became his team’s rally cry, AJ (knowing that SP was a big baseball fan) sent the invitation out. After Chisox swept, the 2 of them got on ESPN, and AJ alluded to this.

And we all know SP has been a Giants fan dating back years ago. It just so happens that this baseball season, fans are hysterical with the Giants good fortune and want to celebrate with their #1 fan playing a couple of Journey songs as highlights. Steve gets picked out to be on the Jumbotron. I think he’s kind of embarrassed by it, if you ask me.

It's all good!!!

 Steve...shit or get off the pot! Record another solo album or kiss and make up with Neal & Jon and do one more tour with Journey while you still can! We'll forgive you if you can't quite reach the high notes anymore....

He doesn't have a 4 foot nose, nor does he act like he's having an epileptic seizure during DSB, so I'm guessing he'd be a bit harder to find.

especially when no one is looking......since Jon was just as much a part of DSB as Nostrildamus, one would think they would at least look him up to flash on the jumbotron. Guess he wasn't needed to rally the fans.

Again, the lead singer is always the most recognizable member. This isn't specific to just Journey.

Now that would nice to get on video.

later~

Well, Jon is known to be a big baseball fan, too. He has been featured on KNBR (Giants broadcast station), most recently when Revelations came out.

Funny, Jon's a Chicago lad AND a baseball fan. But the White Sox completed ignored him and asked SP to pal with them instead. And it's happening again with the Giants.

That's probably because Cain is a Cubs fan.

Oh really?

Ask Eddie Van Halen or Carlos Santana about this. By the way, over the last decade, Schon has been more popular than Journey's lead singer has been.

There are countless posts of me saying almost always. I forgot on this occasion. Funny, you guys were able to pull out about 5 good examples out of history's thousands of bands. Nice work.

It's monstrous indiscretions like this that keep Nostrildamus shrouded in privacy. There's really nothing cool about this at all. It's fuckin' creepy.

Nice try dipshit. Perry I guarantee you was singing live, probably too loud for the good of his voice. Nothing you say will take away the fact that your guy Augeri mimed.

Perhaps you'd have a different opinion if Nostrildamus had 1,000 bovine out in front of his house singing Strung Out.

I don't believe they are talking about fans being outside his actual home. They are talking about fans being outside Pac Bell Park when the team bus rolled in at about 3:30am. If fans were actually outside the place Brian Wilson lives, I would agree with you - that would qualify as creepy.
