I'm stoked that this is probably gonna be another Walmart release. I dig that place. This will only be my 3rd CD purchase in the last 15 years (TBF, Revelation and the new Journey album).

Steve Perry is the greatest and the very reason we still live and breath today and yes he was successful in becoming our pimp after a deal we made 13 years ago that we are still so bitter about and yes, Neal has 24 wives and still has to pay each and every one of them and finally, yes, I do look like a queer when I wear cowboy boots and bring out the harmonica on stage. I concur. It's just worth pointing out that certain people have been wrong at every turn since Arnel was hired. I, too, was initially a skeptic, but it's hard not to eventually realize that the guy can just flat out sing. But it doesn't make you wrong if you still don't have any desire to purchase their product(s).

I beg to differ. What you have to remember here is that this isn't the 80's anymore. I don't really hear new Bon Jovi, Springsteen or AC/DC songs on the radio either. "Relevant" is a relative term and, relative to the times, these guys are doing just fine.

In terms of Miss Sarajevo and SYCMIOY (the operatic parts parts) - I don't think there is any track here - Bono is going all out - but it is likely that the sound engineer is using a vocal doubling effect to thicken the sound...it's common in live music to use these sorts of effects...Bon Jovi uses them all the time I think...it basically is a digital copy of whatever is sung that is superimposed over top the singer's voice in real time (with a very small delay (i.e. unrecognizable as a delay to our ears).
