Triumph is done, at least with Rik Emmett as their vocalist. That window closed. I don't know if it was because they couldn't get the right type of touring deal or if Rik was just waffling about really returning permanetly but it seems pretty much dead in the water now.[/quote]

dont think its done just waiting for the right money i believe, rik was quoted about livenation wooing them for a possible van halen tour

some of these co headline things are in name only, dont think styx has closed a co headline show except maybe with reo
hated seeing cheap trick do 50 mins so heart could go out and play 4 cover sngs in thier set, i would rather see 2 good bands play and hour and 45 instead of 3 playing an hour of hits each

Why don't they reunite Bad English for a 1 year tour? BE can play for about 90 minutes, then 1/2 intermission and Journey can play 2 hours.

Oh, Waite.......

Maybe Perry could step in for Waite, then when it's done, he can say he never really felt like part of a real band.

BE'S most famous song, When I see you smile was written by Diane Warrren and we all know what Neal said about ever playing that song again. It would be like Journey refusing to play DSB ever again.

BE has plenty of great songs in their arsenal and could get away with not playing WISYS.

He never said that. He was referring to DSB being downloaded more than any song by either of the aforementioned bands.

I like Kelly with Foreigner but I've already seen him and Arnel both now. If both bands are just going to stick to the hits this tour, I don't know if I'm down for that.
Not to mention the Roger Waters concert is costing me the equivalent of five shows as it is but as I have only seen David Gilmour with Floyd, this concert is a must for me.

I wish Journey and Foreigner all the best but if it's another greatest hits tour, I've been there and done that. I was lucky enough to see Foreigner with Lou once and Journey with Perry four times (and Dennis with Styx one time). All three of these bands have had great runs but I've got some other acts that I need to check out now before it's too late.

To everyone that is geeked for this package, I still think you'll enjoy it, especially if you haven't seen one of the acts before.

For me, even thought it's the same hits, it still feels like a different experience every time. I can watch good movies again and again. Whenever I want to watch a movie, often my wife says "I've already seen this". She can't watch the same movie twice. Some people are just like that.

It's when People say, "You better check this group out, they might not come around again."
Well, I have checked them out and I've come to the realization that there are in fact a lot of bands that I need to see before they retire so seeing the same band twice at this point means they are doing something totally different from my last experience. With Foreigner and Journey, I don't know if they can do that.

Celtic Woman is the only act I see more than once because thety actually will play their entire album when they have a new release. Not many other groups can do that.

I feel you dawg ...I've never seen the other replacements, though!! Foreigner w/Kelly sparks
my interest ...Styx w/Gowan is new to me, as well, and since they're going to be there ~hmmm!! I would
absolutely do this, even w/out Journey ...therefore; smart move Journey!!
