Same here as well.
Arnel provides the vocal range, but no one can touch Perry's passion, emotion, and ability with connect to people through his singing. That was the main reason Journey was so successful. Not to detract from Neal & Co., but if Journey would have been a hit without Perry, they never would have needed him.
Bon Jovi is still making hits because he has the same gift that Perry had. Without that element, Journey hasn't made hit records.
