I've had diarrhea for 3 days. I think some sort of intestinal bug passed through me (no gay jokes, fuckers!  ). Does anyone have any advice on what foods to eat so I can actually produce some non-liquid poop?

PS I had Ronzoni Smart Taste Spaghetti with Bertolli organic pasta sauce (with basil, olive oil and garlic) for lunch. 8)

Cut back the beer from a case a day to half. ;)

One of our co-workers is moving on after today (wanted to make a three day weekend out of it) so it looks like The Oinkster will be the place.

The BRAT diet! Bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. Actually maybe you should just try some Immodium

I can tell you right now though, already having diarrhea, eating olive oil isn't going to help too much!

Hope you're downloading a much more solid brown file soon!

You're welcome, lol. Of course you know I'm a baby nurse, so this is just what we tell mommies and daddies, lol, but it should help you too, lol! Oh and avoid dairy and sugary stuff like juice, and foods that would give you loose poopy even when you DON'T have a virus, like beans

This thread is a wake up call for me, I think. In the last few days, I have mowed down Whopper value meals at an alarming rate, complete with onion rings and zesty sauce, and large cokes....and I have been on this Chocolate milk kick that is killing me. Add to that the usual nightly 12ver of Natural Ice and my new found charm, Four Loko, and I too have diarrhea, Dan. I think it's funny though when it shoots out like a fuckin fire hose....the toilet gets a muddy facial.

I am calling it quits this Sunday though. Nothing but water, vegetables, chicken and lean beef. I can't show up at the HOB in April with three chins and Bill Parcell man boobs.

Yeah Gatorade does have lots of sugar  I do see where they make a "lighter" version now, my son had a bottle after one of his games recently, lol. But with toddlers and kids we usually tell parents if that's the ONLY clear liquid they can get their kid to drink, then let them, because it's better than not drinking at all and getting dehydrated! lol

Oh eat starchy foods too, that usually helps too, lol.

Sounds like you need some gut rest....might be good to be NPO for a day or so....then sips...go slow...G2 is a "diet" version of Gatorade...some people have a bad reaction to the artificial sweeteners...they have a laxative effect....Just an FYI.

Well, Mel, I took your advice and it worked! I was so excited to take a solid dump today that I almost took a picture and texted it to you. But I realized that be would be wildly inappropriate. So I scooped it out of the toilet and mailed it to you instead!
