I'm trying to raise $500 for HIV/AIDS research & treatment for children in India & Africa.

Please help me if you are able. Thanks, guys!

This is really a cool idea, because I can think of a ton of people I'd pay real money to have them shut up on Facebook.

I think it's a great thing to help those less fortunate. Not saying anything against you personally, but when I give donations, I try to help those here that need it. We have a LOT of people in need right here in this country that are freezing, starving, out of jobs, and in serious need. Just saying. To me, helping your fellow man in ANY way is a great thing though, and I applaud your effort.

I agree totally. And I am involved with helping on the homefront as well. Right now I'm doing things with the Chicago Metro Salvation Army in preps for Christmas. Thanks Jim... and you raise a good point too about how our economic climate is currently... and people are STILL helping out strangers with not only money but time. That says a lot about our nation's character, I think.
