No, I am being a Journey fan named Charlie Brown. I am looking at every situation and presenting it in a worse case scenario.Michigan Girl wrote:So, are you asking us if Journey is our favorite band, and if not, name our top five bands ...again?!?

Different??? I thought it quite followed the Journey sound...maybe I need to go listen to it again.

To me, this is the only Journey song, I have heard where Arnel doesn't sound like he's imitating Perry. It's a song , where if you hear it without knowing the artist, the Journey connection doesn't instantly happen. Maybe Survivor, but for me, not Journey.

If that is indeed why it didn't make it on the radio, I guess that gives Neal one more reason to hate Perry. Being pigeonholed into having to maintain a certain sound that is not allowed to be deviated from has to be the worse thing that can happen to any artist.
