I really like his arrangements, and love a lot of his solo releases. "Have You Ever Been In Love" is one of my all-time favorite songs.

the arrangement of the one I heard was okay, but his voice is just ... I dunno, just doesn't hold my interest.

You know that's exactly the same thing most people would say about early Steve Perry, too nasal. To me Peter Cetera has to be one of the most, if not the most recognisable voice from the 80's.
