The End of "Anyway"...

Postby swataz » Mon Jan 03, 2011 5:52 am

I was just listening to FTLOSM for the first time in a while and had to check out the falsetto at the end of Anyway. To this day, and judging by how rough his voice sounded on most of that album, I marvel at how he pulled off that clean-sounding wail at the end of that song starting at about 3:19.

It kind of stunned me then, and even more so now.

Ok, observation over, Carry on. :)

Funny... I listened to FTLOSM today... first time in awhile... and my thoughts while listening to Anyway
were... wow... if anyone has ever experienced a "anyway" moment ... that song nails the feeling...
and the ending superb...
Captured by the Moment ...

Have not listened to that in awhile. Like Cain once said. He, Steve, bleeds a little when he sings.
That last note is stunning just like "Somethin To Hide."
PEACE!
