Nice, thanks for the link.

Ok, I have a really stupid question-- How is "Peterik" pronounced?
I'm never sure if it's

Pah TER' ik

or

PEE' ter ik

or

Pee TER' ik

or some other variation. Anyone know for sure?

I believe Peterik is pronouced as follows:

the P is silent, as is the r and k, so it is pronounced 'eh-tee-eh-ee'

Good read about his house and it's history, not much about the future

It's like a mans name Peter with an ick sound at the end, only it's all run together. Peterik.

Thanks. That's how I always used to pronounce it, and then somebody told me it was "Pah-TEHR-ik," which sounded possible to me, so I wasn't sure. Good, one of life's mysteries has been solved. I can rest easy tonight.

Back in the 1980's a friend of mine used to pronounce it the way that you said someone had told you it was pronounced. But I've heard it said so many times over the years at shows and in radio interviews and such, that I know that it's the way that I mentioned.
