It does, cold like this isn't too common though We get a lot of lake effect in my neck of the woods too.

I see it at work every day. It can be 20 degrees outside and people have shorts on. We're allowed to wear shorts year round at work because DFW is considered a "warm weather station". They'll have on shorts, a coat and something around their neck, standing somewhere to block the wind, yet proclaiming "I'm not cold!" when you ask why would they do such a thing? Yeah, ok.![]()
