1) You are without a doubt, the funniest fuckin guy I have ever 'known" is never trying to be funny. Just reading your title had me laughing.

That is hilarious! I've always wanted to go sledding but that speed would scare me to death, and I'm sure injuries would follow, lol.

I think the point is they are a bunch of assholes for putting themselves in that position. Journalism or not, it's ridiculous. I watched Katie Couric get pushed around too. If anything happens to any of them, I will not have one ounce of sadness or feel bad for a second. They have no business walking around there in the middle of that chaos. It's sensationalized media. I HATE the media. I don't care how "nice" they are.

Anderson Cooper certainly is a well-respected person and even Glenn Beck likes the guy. However, the stupidity of some of these people, putting themselves at risk just for a damn news story is beyond comprehension. I don't hate the guy but, if something happens to him, he's certainly at least partly to blame for putting himself in that situation.

There's already blogs commending him for his bravery, though I'm not sure what he did heroically, beyond not curling up into a ball and weeping. The act of moving along and getting out of the situation (fleeing) is what anyone would have done, be they brave or a coward.

I was really hoping, and I really mean this, that he was beat to smithereens live on television. Maybe that's what it will take for these reporters to have some fucking respect for their families and not put themselves in dangerous situations just to make the news resemble these ridiculous reality TV shows. I would have been rooting for O'Reilly, Hannity, Beck or Limbaugh to get the same treatment and I like those guys! Fortunately, they're smart enough to stay away from angry, shoeless mobs in septic countries! :lol:
