Ridiculously Strong Hall Of Fame Class

Postby Enigma869 » Sat Feb 05, 2011 7:45 am

Look at these guys up for election tomorrow:

Andre Reed
Chris Carter
Tim Brown
Marshall Faulk
Curtis Martin
Jerome Bettis
Willie Roaf
Shannon Sharpe
Cortez Kennedy

I honestly think most of these guys get in at some point, but I believe the NFL only allows 5 guys to be elected and Sabol (the NFL Films guy) will be one of the 5 this year. Among the remaining group, I think Faulk, Carter, Martin, Sharpe (who has been overlooked in the past) and maybe Cortez Kennedy get in. Should be a great class getting enshrined.

I know. Hoping Timmy gets in but I don't see it happening. Carter has slightly better numbers, plus Carter and Reed have been passed up more in the past, seniority will come into play here.

Shannon Sharpe, Deion Sanders, Marshall Faulk, Richard Dent, Ed Sabol, Les Richter, and Chris Hanburger were the guys to get in. I'm a bit surprised that Curtis Martin didn't get in. Dude was a workhorse back and deserving to be in HOF.
