That would be in keeping with the hindu vibe. "Freedom" has also yet to be used.

Enough with the ion suffix already, try thinking five letters or less.

I wonder if the album art will be clean and simple like this?

Read your thoughts on this - but where are your sources for this?

And on another subject, how much did Arrival end up selling in the US and worldwide? Where did it land on Billboard?

Everything I said is pretty much public knowledge. And I think Arrival ended up selling around 400,000 copies in the U.S. No idea about worldwide.

But how did this become 'public knowledge'? It's not exactly as if JRNY's/Schon's accountants opened up their books for everyone to see? I guess Azoff gets his percentage somewhere to start with... And in Schon's case, with several divorces behind him and a lifestyle to maintain it's all relative. What I'm trying to say is that we, the fans, can only offer speculations in these areas, nothing else.

Just a bet or Guess, I certainly have no "Knowledge"Only what I read here! But even though Cain missed out on the 1st round of hits... Cain Wrote Faithfully by himself, and Cain & Perry wrote Who's Cryin Now & Open Arms without Schon. From what I understand, a writer will make 10x on publishing, what an Artist will make on record sales... that with Neal paying for 4 Ex Wives, i'd veer a guess that Cain has a little more money printed then Schon. I'm sure one of Neal's Ex's STILL probably gets 50% residuals on the new resurgence of DSB money.

I've broken down the writing credits for The Top 40 hits only, as that chart uses cumulative totals for all of the sub catagorys anyway (A/C, Rock, Mainstream, etc).

Wikipedia says Journey had 19 Top 40 songs but I think that is incorrect. I came up with a total of 17 that could actually be verified.

Journey
Perry 16
Cain 14
Schon 8

Solo
Perry 6 (one with Kenny Loggins)
Cain 4 (Two with Bad English and one each for his ex-wife,Tane and Loverboy)

I'll amend these numbers if you all know of more that I have overlooked.

So, they recorded the album without a deal to release it in the US?

No kidding. The last few interviews, he sounds like he wants absolutely NOTHING to do with them.

They like symetrical designs on their album. I can already think of one to use as a loose template.

I think a Walmart deal ushers in all of Walmart's people for swag, design, etc. That'll be a shame. They need to return to their cool artistry. Revelation was nothing short of terrible. Nice design, but it should have been hand drawn.
