THE SWEET - Do they still exist?

Postby SilvioRodrigues » Fri Feb 25, 2011 12:18 am

According to journeymusic.com, The Sweet will open the shows of the South American tour. I didn't know they were still in activity. I've heard there are two versions of the band. So, could anybody give some information about it?

Yes, they do, but I think it's only a few of the original members (I could be wrong about that). They played locally at a festival I was playing at last year.

Yeh there are two versions still going.

Andy Scott's Sweet - perform a lot in Germany and mainland Europe.

And Steve Priest's Sweet are [I think] in the USA.
