Ok...enough talk about Journey...anybody heard the 2 'new' Rush songs yet? Personally, I haven't been excited about a Rush release since Test for Echo in '96....

The Rush I like is their sound from the Moving Pictures/Permanent Waves era with heavy keyboards. I can handle Geddy's voice on music like that, but I don't like his voice on "metal" music that is dark and has no keyboard fills. It turns me off immediately.

I remember grabbing those a few months back, but they didn't really grab me. I should give them another listen, because I'd love more than anything to enjoy another Rush album. It's been a while.

I'm going to the Cleveland DVD show and couldn't be more pumped. Will have to listen to these later. Don't have the comp hooked up to my speakers at the moment.

What's the Cleve DVD show?

They're playing the Cavs arena (The Q) on April 15 and filming the DVD for their tour there. Should be exciting as hell.
