Sheen has vehemently denied the accusation. However, in the letter, [Warner Bros. said “as outtakes of the filming show, Mr. Sheen had difficulty remembering his lines and hitting his marks.”
Warner Bros. said it was Sheen’s public admission to his partying ways and providing cocaine to friends that broke the moral clause in his contract.
Sounds like they'll use his own fuckups which are on tape to prove the case should Charlie sue. I can't wait to see these outtakes on Entertainment Tonight.

Not necessarily. He was making $1.8 million, but CBS was probably making 10X that. They fucked up and they'll soon realize that.

Sorry, but CBS not terminating him would send out a loud and clear message, as they did by firing his sorry ass. Now who fucked up? They had to do this. They could not condone his behavior and keeping him on board. There are public perceptions and shareholders to appease. Keeping on one overpaid maggot who jumped the shark just wouldn't work.

This guy is a no nonsense straight shooter. He could have milked the fucking "addiction" card (though there's no such thing) or the "depression" card (something everyone has at some point), but he didn't. I commend him for that. He reported back to work drug and alcohol free, but everyone believes that you have to go through fucking rehab (which I find pointless for anyone with any semblance of willpower) and pray, hold hands, attend meetings, recite shit and be generally demeaned. He decided he's done with alcohol and drugs. When they didn't take him back, I'm thinking they were in breach, pretty much making anything he did after that completely irrelevant. Charlie is going to win this battle. Just watch.

If Charlie got over his addiction by sheer willpower, good on him. But that doesn't mean he still may have an addict's mentality and behaviours.
My Grandpa Tom (God rest his soul), stopped drinking alot of years ago. He didn't go through any program that I am aware of. But the family noticed that he still had the same behaviours sober as he did when drunk.

LOL, yeah, but he's been 'done' with alcohol and drugs, many many times now. Doesn't mean shit anymore and nor should it. Actions will speak louder than words. I guess time will tell.
MG, I'm with ya on Robert Downey Jr. Moocho respect for the guy for turning his life around and sustaining it. Sheen could take a lesson from him........

Again, had he relapsed, he would have been viwed more sympathetically, but he's not playing the pathetic cards of addiction and depression. He's winning, instead.![]()
