And S2M, the video has been removed.

From what I read, both were suspended, but Casey did get the longer sentence..

Did not see vid ...but it sounds familiar, is this old news?!?

Some of the others were saying he took it too far. Harvey pointed out that you are allowed by law to defend yourself with reasonable force when being attacked, as the kid was. Someone said basically that the level of the force the kid used was unreasonable. Harvey said that the kid was young, and it's very difficult for him to judge what a reasonable physical response is, especially in the heat of the moment.
My take is that the little punk got what he deserved and now has to live the rest of his life knowing that he got his ass beat and millions of people saw it. That video will never go away. Hopefully, this sends a message to punks around the world that they are possibly moments away from getting taught a very hard-learned lesson.

The kid actually showed a lot of restraint after he slammed him. How many people in general would have continued to give the twerp more of a beat down once they had gotten the upper hand?

Starrider wrote:Agreed. That punk was messed up. Couldn't even walk straight. Probably should have stayed down. He was trying to act like he wasn't hurt and wound up making more of an ass out of himself staggering around like he did. The kid could have given him a lot more after he put him down.
