So crack a joke - the thread does say FUNNY! So share the chuckles, sad sack.

How was your trip Stateside? Did you have the chance to do any sightseeing while you were here?

I loved it, I miss my boy very much, and am seriously looking to move there to be with him. Don't really want to leave Australia, but I liked California, and I love him very much. Love his family too; apparently Ian got told at Christmas by both his mother and his sister "at last you've found one without the total bitch gene".
Las Vegas was.... Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed myself there a lot, but I did feel like I had to scrub the glitter from under my skin when I left. Got out of Vegas to go up to the mountains surrounding it, and went above the snow line - that was just gorgeous!
Disneyland was renamed Tantrumland (note - don't go to Disneyland on the same day as the Superbowl; less people than normal, but more under 5s than normal.)
I'd love to work in the Monterey Bay Aquarium! And generally fell in love with big chunks of the SF Bay area.
And yes, I tried Lucky Charms. They aren't crunchy marshmallows, they are little pieces of highly coloured crunchy evil. I was too scared to add milk, just ate them straight like popcorn.
