How do I convert RAR files to MP3?

I know I could google it, but I'd rather here from you in here. I know we've got some good nerds in here! :D :lol:

RAR is a compression tool like ZIP. Use winrar to extract the mp3 from the file.

RAR is a compression tool like ZIP. Use winrar to extract the mp3 from the file.


Pretend I'm ignorant about this program Don (okay, you really don't have to pretend!) :lol: . Is Winrar a free program? Also, I'm using a Mac... don't know if that makes a difference?

Your not the only nerd...........I just learned where to get a way to open rar files. I found out by typing in the question. Try that. It is amazing how you can learn how to do things on the internet! :D

Rick that was cool............I sometimes think it is embarrassing to ask for help learning how to do this and that on the computer. But in all reality, unless your job gives you training or you took it in school, you just don't know. I try to teach myself as much as I can. Also tech. lessons are given in summer to teachers, but only one class that usually lasts a couple of hours in one day.

It is nice for you to share what you know!
