Not a wide skirted and puffy sleeved meringue type.
I'm thinking straight, tight fitting to show off her slim figure. Elegant.

And as far as I know she isn't allowed to wear a Tiara until after she is married because she isn't Titled yet.
So she will probably do a neat switch when they sign the marriage registers so that she can walk down the aisle with a Tiara on once she becomes Princess William.

Fergie did that when she married Prince Andrew.

Let's hope this marriage is happier than THAT one!

Bahahaha, that will teach me for reading from the bottom of this thread first. I started to scroll up to see where BB (Behshad) would have posted for you to respond about the fashion and wedding stuff! Sooo confusing, should've copywrited that. :P

I am getting up early to catch this magical wedding! :)

You serious?

It will be on about the time I get up anyway, and I usually have Good Morning America on in the mornings, and I think ABC is covering it, so I'm sure I'll have it on. I sort of remember seeing the last royal wedding but I was only 4 years old, so I wasn't much on paying attention, so I'd like to see it anyway just to see what goes on with all that.

But William has often said he doesn't want a Dukedom as well as his title of Prince.

So we shall see what happens tomorrow.

In answer to who would ascend to the throne if William were to abdicate - it would be his first born son, if he had one by then. Or first born daughter if Parliament pass a Law to allow that [as has been mentioned a lot recently] - or if there was no child, the job would go to naughty Prince Harry.

And yeh, I'm hoping they will do ok.

Lets face it, Diana was only 19 and she thought Charles loved her and she had no idea how the world's Press would hound her.

William and Catherine are 29, a good ten years more experienced than Diana was, and they know what the Press can be like, so I think they are better prepared.

It must be going crazy over the pond now.lolol It killed me with poor Diana, she thought he loved her.Now he is with the cow.Diana, was just so beautiful & careing with all.Wills & Kate know all about the press.I just hope they don't drive them crazy like they did with Diana.Prince Harry is just so cute. Fri nite will be knees up.

But to be fair, Charles wasn't allowed to marry Camilla years ago.
The family put pressure on him.

Now, if they'd have let him marry for love............

or if he'd have told them to shove their Throne and gone off to live with Camilla happy ever after, we'd have had Prince Andrew as King.

OMG, I didn't think THAT through did I?

Somehow I don't think Behshad is telling the truth.

My Meme woke me and my Sis up at 5am when Prince Charles and Diana tied the knot.
I was 10, Meme is in a nursing home now and won't be poking me to be present.
No way will I be up for it unless my bladder gets me out of bed. :D
