Actually the Rapture occurs tomorrow. The world won't officially end til sometime in October.

Looks like this entire Rapture brouhaha was started by an evangelical DJ (Divine Jockey? lol) by the name of Harold Camping. He's some sort of a self-proclaimed prophet etc. The only problem, besides the useless waves that he created, is that the guy has done this before. Seems like he can't really put his "divine" finger on a year or a date... :lol:

I have an easy recipe for making Orange Julius's if you want it - you can substitute vodka for some of the water. :wink:

The preacher who came up with this date apparently pulled the same stunt in 1994 and when the Apocalypse didn't happen he claimed it was a mathematical error in his calculations. I wonder how many copies of Math for Dummies he is going to receive by the end of next week. :lol:

It's supposed to hit at 6 (they never say where it will hit first though...) and roll west across the globe, so that it hits at 6 no matter who or where you are... and i'm impressed at the strict organization and timing of this apocalypse... plus, i have dinner reservations at 7, so hopefully the do-gooders will be out of my way at 6 and I won't be fighting Saturday traffic.
