I've really warmed up to Eclipse.
'Resonate' is still my favorite, but I haven't been listening to it as much. I've been wearing out 'Edge of the Moment', 'Human Feel', and 'Someone' though.
'Nothing was bigger for Journey than 1981’s “Escape” album. “I have to attribute that to Jonathan coming in and joining the writing team,” Steve Perry (Feb 2012).'

I have to be honest. I listened to AIP, Someone and Ritual on Monday. That's been it for the week. Maybe I'll pull those three songs out again now that I'm thinking about it.

I just finished listening to Arrival about an hour ago but a few more Journey songs won't kill me today.

I've been listening to some Steve Perry demos and wishing he would return.

Perry was a moron for keeping 'Lost Angels', 'Somebody Somewhere' and 'Let Go' off FtLoSM.

Emo? WTH...that album may not be his finest moment, but it's far from emo (Dashboard Confessional, Juliana Theory, Promise Ring, Sunny Day Real Estate). Are you talking about it being ballad heavy? With that, I would agree. I do think that "You Better Wait" would have made a great Journey track, and Lincoln did it justice on the album. It's a shame the didn't finish another rocker or two they demoed.

So....where could a person find these songs? Sounds like they might be good, if I read you right.

Yeah, that's a good one. Always thought it was a Journey demo.

Thanks Gideon :)

Let go....to me..sounded like repetitive pop drivel....the last 2 minutes could have been condensed into 20 seconds of fadeout.

Lost Angels was better and had potential...needing maybe a spark of input from Jonathan

Somebody Somewhere I liked the best...could be very good song with a soaring solo from Neal.
