The first one has a bit of Star Trek going on while the third is giving off a Metroid vibe.

I think he did RED13, and i know he did Deen's Bass drum. So the band like's his stuff....

Myself, I'm not a fan of digital artwork. It looks cheesy. but that's just me.

Very cool - especially love the last one. However, much like the cover for Eclipse. They all look unfinished somehow, or rough drafts.

Incidently, I love this one better than the actual cover. Look what happens when you cut corners. Jon said in the TBF interviews that the original artist wanted too much money to do the cover. You get what you pay for, I guess.....

I still say they should have named the album Re-entry, and had a scarab/meteor passing through the earth's atmosphere, wind-sheer and all. burning up, then finally crashing. It would have been prophetic.
