and people who are too damn lazy to work. A lot of the people who are on welfare in my area are on it for the sole reason that they don't want to go out and get a job.

smart idea,
funny thing about FLA, not too sure if in other states,
but you get fined for not wearing your seat belts, but having a truckload of people in the the back of the truck is perfectly fine.
