I think it's pretty sad that I know male friends who are afraid to hug their children in public because it 'seems inappropriate'. Child abuse is a horrible thing, but there has to be a better way to deal with it than to scream 'inappropriate' about loving family contact that is not abusive in any way.

there is a HUGE difference between innocent NUDITY and laying on your mothers ass with your penis. THAT is whats wrong with the pic.

+1

Same here, I don't have a problem with people/families hanging out naked, whatever. It's the full contact part that ain't right. The wife laying on the hub is fine but the son on the mother and the daughter on the son full contact naked.....innocent or not, just is all kinds of wrong.

Sorry, but there are just some things that are wrong. The photo at the top of this list is wrong and if anyone thinks that's acceptable, I have serious questions about their judgment.

AMEN!! Wrong is just wrong. You don't put children into that situation ever!!! You just don't. Kids don't feel like they can say no. It';s an abuse of power.

I'll go a step further and say it is people being okay with things like this that allows pedophiles to get away with the crap they do.

I agree. That's not your usual "family arrangement" when it comes to positioning for photos. Clothed or NOT!

Which is why I said I'm not sure about the set up of the photo. I don't have any problem with a family that's comfortable with being naked getting a nude family portrait (although I wouldn't, and I am comfortable with family nudity.) The set up is misplaced, and it does make me a little uncomfortable, but I can also see where they are coming from - if the family was clothed, no one would have an issue with this image.

I should add - there's a big difference between something like this being taken for private display in the family home, and being put out on the internet. That wasn't cool, by whoever originally did it.
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

Does anyone think it's weird that I let a 6 year old little girl help me catch her baby brother?

Same. And the point about the photographer.... yeah if I were that photographer I'd be worried too.

I just don't understand families who can just wander about the house stark ass naked. Now granted, I didn't grow up in a house that was "open" about that kind of thing, so it could be all about how you're raised and what goes on in your house and how open you are with each other, etc. In my house, with two girls and two parents, even my mom was never that open with us girls, and by god, with my dad, if we were even wearing a nightshirt, it BETTER be long enough or he would tell us to go put shorts on under it or something. My dad never ever walked around in his boxers. But my parents were a bit older than the other parents of kids my age, so I'm sure it's all about the time that they grew up in. I've grown to be less uptight about it that I used to be, but I wouldn't do it with boys around. Girls is one thing... or like with fathers and sons - like who cares... but not the other way around.

No, not really. Obviously mom was fine about letting her be there to see it, so what the heck, let her help.

Yeah, mom was fine with it. I gave her the job of "catching" the feet...she did good, she didn't even drop them!

I won't post a link to it. But the most whacked out thing on the net the last few years that sort of went viral is the "2 Girls 1 Cup" video.

This link is a grandmother's reaction as she watches it.

Agreed. Ace had a significant amount of "cosmetic surgery" for the first KISS reunion. Ace is a testament to what hard living can do to a person.
