Title: When Smelly met Stinky

I am thinking of entering this in the small works on paper contest for the AAC. It is a whimsical piece. I am working on 3 large ones and one more small one as my arm injury allows. Doc said I can draw. Till it hurts.

Comments wanted. I am nervous.

I'm not an art critic, and know very little about it, but that looks absolutely incredible to me. I've seen some of your drawings, all of them fantastic, and this one is as good if not better than anything else I've seen. I think you're going to win the whole contest. :D

Thanks Rick........I just hope I am one of the 30 or 40 chosen. There are hundreds of entries each year. I entered a few years ago with the one below. It was chosen and traveled for a year. It all depends on the judge and a new one is chosen each time.

They should be making movies out of your drawings. I can't even imagine coming up with something like that.

LOL! I just have always possessed a good imagination. Funny thing is I never know how these pictures are going to look in the beginning. The ideas develop as I go.

Sigh - I wish I had half of your artistic talent, GingerGirl. These are just lovely! Be brave, believe your work is amazing, enter and wipe the floor with the competition :D
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

I love it Ginger! I've always loved your artwork, and I think it would be awesome if you got together with someone who writes children books. You could illustrate the book with your characters and it would be awesome!! :D

Don't most mushrooms look like cocks? Or rather, the other way around.

Ginger, stunning work. Really, I mean that.
You're so talented. You should be illustrating childrens' books and doing fantasy series-type work.
You have an amazing way with the way you draw those animals. I love it.

Yes, providing they are snipped. Otherwise, like an anteater. Which version do you prefer?

I love your work Ginger! Your drawings are so sweet & whimsical. They always surprise me and never fail to make me smile. I think they would make wonderful illustrations for a children's book. Have you ever though about doing that?

Thank you Nora. I envy your talent. I sing but not to the extent you do. My voice is high. I wish I had the ability to get the grit some of you ladies have. I sing mostly for church, family and friends. Stage is a great deal harder. Your blessed with a wonderful gift my friend. Keep singing on!
