I think Peyton Manning will struggle this season and especially if the Texans end up with Asomuga since he plays them twice a year.Time will finally catch up with him and he will struggle not only with injuries but i think his game will suffer as a result. Also Tom Moore who was with Indy is now a consultant with the Jets giving them tips especially red zone pointers. Can't believe the 49ers are still sticking with Alex Smith though even though they finally cut the dreaded David Carr. Also Vick is injury prone so don't be surprised if the Eagles find a veteran backup and i wouldn't be surprised if Favre's name showed up in the list of possible QB's.

Peyton Manning will never struggle. Dude is just too damn good. Even if it's his version of "struggling", it will still be better than almost every other QB in the NFL. As for the Eagles, I think they made a big mistake trading Kolb away.

Not a fan of this move, AT ALL. As I said, I've never liked the guy, at all. I really hope he tones it down in a big way. Apparently Bill can't stop himself for bringing over guys he likes on a personal level. The Patriots don't need receivers like the dude who can't figure out what his name is.

Yeah...I'd be highly surprised if Vick has anywhere near the season he did last year.

Both Fat Albert and Ocho Cinco have the potential to be locker room headaches and screw with team chemistry so i hope Belicheck has some sort of zero tolerance conduct policy in place or one of them could get testy if things don't go right.

Same here man. Even though the Pack are defending NFL champs, I believe it's the Eagles that have the most explosive offense and fastest overall team to lineup against in football. Vick had one helluva year last season, showing he has matured and be dominant with dominant players around him. What shocked me though was how he threw the football with accuracy inside of the pocket. He was simply amazing and now that he got that year under his belt and signed with the Eagles, he can only build on that from here on out. I think Philly will be special this season.

Chad had 1 year remaining with Cincy and NE restructured the deal to 3 years.

Former Bengal (and good guy John Thornton), was just on the local sports talk show and he swears that behind the scenes at practice and in the locker room, that everyone loved Chad and that he was one of the hardest and smartest workers on the field. He thinks this will help NE if they can get a Corey Dillion type of year out of Chad. Said Chads biggest deal was that he just likes the publicity and fame and he tries to exploit that to financial gain for after Football. Some people/fans don't like that aspect of him, but he said Chad is a very respected player in the NFL circle.

Going to be so hilarious how lazy, overrated bum Haynesworth and circus-clown Ocho Cinco will be handled by a coach like Bellichick who puts up with 0 bullshit. Ocho Cinco and Bellichick are mere OPPOSITES so I'm calling right now Chad's goofy ass antics will land him atleast 3 games suspended this season. 8)

WOW,Vince Young most likely will be Vick's backup in Philly. He couldn't handle the boos in small market Tennessee well wait until he gets a taste of the most vicious fanbase in american sports and they will eat him alive and spit him out.he won't last long pulling no crybaby shit up there so i hope Andy Reid doesn't coddle him too much like he was done here in Tennessee.IF Vince learns the playbook and keeps his head on straight he can be a very good football player but you know what your gonna get with him. After all he goes on injured reserve for crap like torn fingernails and paper cuts.If they can put VY in some packages with Vick and Desean that'll be hard to stop and give defenses fits.Philly will be getting a good player if he acts right and learns the playbook and too bad it didn't work out here in Tennessee.

2 great moves by the Pats. Haynesworth for free and Chad is well worth it. Just a great player and professional. He'll put up big numbers next year.

Haynesworth isn't worth shit. The price was right.

Philadelphia OUT OF NOWHERE. Wow, Philly was my NFC Super Bowl representative stemming from the end of last season.

With this pickup, they might of just bought the Super Bowl....damn what a pickup.

Not sure how they even keep Asante. Asomugha and Rodgers-Cromartie are both corners. No way Asante can be a backup with the coin the Eagles are paying him.

I wouldn't be shocked if they traded him to the Jets or somewhere they need a good corner.Knowing the Patriots i wouldn't be shocked if he ended up back in New England.

I promise you that Samuel has ZERO shot of landing back in New England. The Patriots draft cornerbacks high every year in the draft and then ditch them before it's time to pay them. I personally think that the Patriots never should have let the guy go, but given that they did, he isn't coming back to this team.

Another day, another big free agent signing for the Philadelphia Eagles’ defense.

The Eagles have announced that former Packers defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins has reached an agreement with the team. Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that it’s a five year, $25 million deal.

Jenkins played 11 games for the Packers last season, starting eight and recording seven sacks

Chad Johnson gave what he said would be one of very few interviews today and claims he is falling in line with "The Patriot Way". Hmmmmmm. Looks like someone already smacked this jackass around and told the guy that this team doesn't take kindly to idiot athletes who can't keep their pie hole shut. Let's hope this lasts, because this guy is fucking annoying as hell.

Not really "just in", at all. He wasn't on the field during practice today. Given his history, it didn't take much of a genius to connect the dots.

With him almost staying over night in Pittsburgh, I thought it was pretty much a done deal with the Steelers. Then simple logistics came into play. How on Gods green Earth would the Steelers offer Plax the contract he needed to see if we are over the salary cap and still yet to make our moves to free space?

Reports have it, that Plax did this deal over the phone. Wasn't even in the teams facility. Money talks. I'm ecstatic the Steelers showed interest in all of this and said what they needed to say. Would of been nice to add Plax to our weaponry but already moved on. I'd like to get a 3rd down back for Ben, much needed.
