Missed it by that much!

We had a thunderstorm roll through here, from which we got about 5 drops of rain, and that will cause us to miss beating 1980's record by two days. I think today would have tied it at 42 days of 100 degrees or better, in a row. That's a record I hope we never try to beat again. This has been one brutal summer here.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

I tried telling the crybaby from Canada what we've been going through!! :lol:
We've had several blackouts... I believe that is the only time
my CAU has shut off this month ... :cry:

I thought it was gonna be about his recent visit to a Pet Store... :lol: or a hunting trip where he came real close to killing a deer or a duck :shock: :lol:

Yeah, same here. I'm terrified to see my electric bill. :shock:
