46 minute festival set on youtube - proshot. Going to see this next month and I'm pumped for it. Dio was my first concert, and I really want to hear the songs again and pay tribute to my favorite metal singer ever.

Dio Disciples feature Tim "Ripper" Owens and Toby Jepson on lead vocals, Simon Wright on Drums, Craig Goldy on Guitar, James Lamenzo on Bass and Scott Warren on Keyboards. Mostly that's alumni from the Dio band. $15 bucks. All over it!

Just saw that a couple days ago. Rudy(Sarzo) was talking about it on facebook.

I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

The band's great. Toby's really good. Alas, Owens is a singer who lacks an identity. Somebody forgot to tell him to check the Halfordisms before he signed up.

James Lomenzo was Megadeth's bassist before the return of Dave, Jr. aka David Ellefson.

He was also the bassist for White Lion.

I think Sarzo is doing all US dates. Lomenzo was in BLS for a while too.

That would be great, but I'm not sure where he stands with his Blue Oyster Cult commitments.
