Btw, not sure about the household name thing yet. CNN/HLN this morning said "Journey's guitarist". Never said his name. I was waiting for Robin Meade to make a personal comment. He once did a spot on the morning news with her. He was demo'ing a new rig/guitar connector, and she sang 'Lights', I think.

Danny and I did not think to take photos of Beale St. we have been there so often, it was just around the corner from the Fed Ex Forum. Matter of fact, we had to go down Beale for a block to walk to the Forum entrance from where we parked.

Yeah, don't know if they're getting "out on the town" much this tour, but I've seen several of Journey on Beale Street over the years. Back in the Bad English days too, when they played the New Omni Daisy, they all hung out a little bit. JC even sat in with the band at Alfred's.

At the shows in the Carolinas Neal was wearing a wedding band and so was his "wife." She had long dark hair. She stood beside us for part of the shows and it was OBVIOUS he could not keep his eyes off her and even talked to her several times during the show. I would not have even noticed her if he wasn't so obviously looking at her. That was the first time I heard he had remarried since he divorced Amber. I don't think he is married, really???? This has to be a stunt!

Tareq Salahi, the husband of White House gate crasher and former “Real Housewives of D.C.” cast member Michaele Salahi, is relieved that she’s safe but devastated that she’s apparently left him for another man.

“Tareq is devastated but he is relieved to know that Michaele is safe and is okay,” Tareq’s attorney, David Silek, said today on “Good Morning America.” “That was his first concern yesterday.”


“Yesterday,” for Tareq Salahi, stretched back to Tuesday, beginning with statements to local law enforcement officials alleging a kidnapping plot involving his wife, and ending with confirmation that Michaele Salahi was indeed safe, but safe in the arms of another man, Neil Schon, guitarist for the ’80s rock band “Journey.”

Despite the fact that his wife was never kidnapped, Tareq Salahi won’t face criminal charges for filing false statements regarding her short-lived disappearance, his lawyer said.

“I met with the FBI yesterday, they concluded the case,” Silek confirmed today on “GMA,” stressing his client would “absolutely” not face charges.

“It was amazing to watch how fast the federal government could find someone in this country and put hands on them, eyes on them and confirm their whereabouts and safety,” he said.

Tareq Salahi became concerned after Michaele failed to show up for a hair appointment . He launched a very public appeal for help, contacting the celebrity news site TMZ.com on Tuesday morning and posting claims on Facebook and Twitter posts that he believed his wife “may have been kidnapped or abducted” and was “being held under duress and forced to tell persons, including authorities she is okay.”

JOURNEY TO THE CURE JttC WAS NOT IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM INVOLVED IN THAT EVENT. At the time Dr Val was asked about it and there was no connection. It was an entirely different foundation JOURNEY FOR THE CURE that the Salahi's claimed they were supporting.

AGAIN no member of the board of JOURNEY TO THE CURE JttC nor LYDIA & STEVE AUGERI HAS HAD ANY INVOLVEMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE..

@FIJ cheers for that. Actually I have a few more substantive posts somewhere, but I can't remember my username. You have no idea of the hoops I had to jump through to resurrect this one.
