I gotta get this. AC has been my hero since jr. high school.
I saw him on the Wecome To My Nightmare tour back in the 70's.

A lot of his old seventies sound in it. Certainly another top drawer relasese from this year.

Ok listening to it now. Phenomenal! The man still has it.

I can tell this is one that needs to be listened to in it's entirety. I'll give it a couple complete spins, but so far I like most of what I hear.

It really takes me back.
I hear some Mellencamp, Beatles and, of course, some classic AC.
Also, the end instrumental song which pays tribute many of his legacy songs is really cool.
If you guys like Alice Cooper, you're gonna love this album. Sonically, it's excellent!
I give it a 98/100.
I deducted 2 for the sometimes obvious use of pro tools, but hey, the guy is still out there kicking ass, so who cares.....
And, finally, I'd like to thank you, Ed, for turning me on to this!
Really?! Will have to check it out, I very much agree w/^^^^^Gin and Tonic Sky wrote:Maybe the album of the year though Night Ranger and Whitesnake and Mr Big make a pretty compelling case for this honor as well.

I'm partial to ballads on 'Trash', and 'Hey Stoopid'...and you need to check out Kane Roberts's solo album.
'Only my Heart Talkin' off 'Trash', feat. Steve Tyler is probably my favorite.

They all play together on "I'll Bite Your Face Off" , which Neal Smith (and Bob Erzin) wrote with Alice. Not sure of any inputs on other songs. Of course they all played together live at the RR HOF .
