The only way this country is going to change is for people to stand up and spread the word. I'm just passing along some information, and if you don't want to read it, that's on you. I just thought some people here might find this interesting. I'm seriously scared to see what's going to happen with this country. It affects me, my family, my neighbors, and my friends. I hope people vote for "Hope and Change" again, and get some conservatives into office. Not wolves in sheep's clothing, but honest to goodness conservatives.

I believe that the only way this country is going to get out of this mess is to ease the tax burdens on businesses, and get back some of the companies that have moved overseas. This country used to lead the world with innovation and products that the rest of the world couldn't touch. Those companies have all moved overseas because all of the tax burdens and government's red tape. Who can blame them? It costs 3 times here what it costs to build the same things elsewhere. There are no incentives for companies who want to be successful in this world economy to build here.

The government needs to stop all this "tax the rich" crap, and get the hell out of the way for our businesses both small and large to flourish. THAT is how you create jobs, and THAT is how you stimulate the economy. There isn't one thing that the government has touched that makes a profit. Hell, they can't even operate the mail service for crying out loud! These are the people that are going to be in charge and oversee the nations health care? LMAO!! JMHO, but again... this post was just to pass along an educational video with some very interesting facts in it.

Why dont you educate yourself about the fucked up healthcare system we currently have ? You try to find minor details from a huge program that might benefitr many people, only because you saw a YouTube clip by those who dont give a rats ass about you or your health care.
There is no doubt that are healthcare system is one of the worst in modern countries. But if anyone want to do anything to improve it, people will bitch and complain cause theyre blinded by nonesense YouTube crap like the one you posted.

You have no clue what youre talkin about. All those rich people youre trying to defend, pay a lot less tax than you and I . I know this guy who is a multimillionaire. He owns his own company and he has about 100 workers. But he writes so much shit off that he doesnt pay a DIME in taxes. All his workers do pay taxes and they work a lot harder than him. While he enjoys his brand new Benz and BMWs and has a private plane, he enjoys life because of those 100 hardworking people who can barely afford to pay for insurance let alone any copays or such.
Rich people that make over $1m per year, should be taxed at the same level as you and I , but without all the fuckin loopholes that gives them enough credits so they dont pay anything in.

You know, Obama and Buffet tout about him paying less in taxes than his secretary, but it's bullshit. The money he INVESTS is taxed at 16%. The thing they aren't saying though (and I don't understand how they are getting away with this crap!) is that the money he invests was already taxed at the regular tax rate! He paid a regular tax rate on that money when it was his earned income. In my opinion, once it's taxed, the government shouldn't be taxing it at ALL. When someone invests money, it's with certain risk that some or all of that money could be lost in the markets. The government is taxing people twice on the same money which is bullshit. Then, once that person dies, that money is going to be taxed again, and the government is going to get a HUGE chunk of money that in many cases has already been taxed 2 or 3 times.

Now you think they should pay the full 35% on money they invest that they already paid full income taxes on? WTH B???

And by the way B, the "millionaire" you're talking about earned his success (unless he inherited it), and any one of those employees had the same opportunity that he had to earn that money. People that throw out the "well I came from a poor family, and my parents couldn't afford to pay for my school, so that's why I'm not successful" are full of crap. We have immigrants that come to this country with nothing but the clothes on their backs who become billionaires. There are no excuses. People who have the drive and the ambition DESERVE to drive whatever the hell they want!

What you don't realize is that he didn;t actually paid that 16% , he had expenses that helped him write it off ;)
The Obamacare has nothing to do with double taxing. The double tax has been around for a long time. If you buy a vehicle you pay full sales tax on it. If you sell it to your buddy 2 years later he pays tax on the amount your asking for, which isnt fair either. If he sells it to the next person they pay tax on it.
That is something that's been around for a long time and trust me with or without Obama and his healthcare plan, it will still exists in our system.

It's always "This guy I know" or "this person my buddy knows"...anecdotal evidence...that cannot be disproved, give us his name and the name of the company he owns B, or it is just another story. Millionaires pay a TON in taxes...far more aggregate than you or anyone here does. And not only that, a guy who owns a business has put his capital at risk...and deserves to be rewarded.

The liberal bullshit you are spewing is so far out there, I guess you are getting the 99% updates from the retards who think that corporations pay no taxes, nor do the rich.

Im not gonna put out someone's full name out there, but his first name is James. He is in his late 70s . If you want I can have him give you a call this Saturday, he stops over every Saturday to bullshit .
:)

I never said corporations dont pay any taxes. However it is a fact that many owners of corporation write shit off left and right. Things they use personally all the time " put this in my business name so I write it off " I see it all the time in my business.

I am sure...that has happened since the beginning of time...and why not??? It's allowed...it's legal...I write stuff off for my business that I use for personal stuff as well...like my computers...

Bingo!
My whole point was that all these "poor" Rich business owners that get taxed so hard that Jimbo is defending, arent really paying the taxes. They write enough shit off so it doesnt matter how much you tax them.
Do you write off your vehicles, personal vehicles, as business write off ?

You have no clue what youre talkin about. All those rich people youre trying to defend, pay a lot less tax than you and I . I know this guy who is a multimillionaire. He owns his own company and he has about 100 workers. But he writes so much shit off that he doesnt pay a DIME in taxes. All his workers do pay taxes and they work a lot harder than him. yes youre allowed, good for you , but thats the loopholes Im talkin about. Jimbo tried to muddy up the water by claiming that RICH GETTING TAXED HIGHER is the problem with our country and the healthcare problem.

Ok...I'll put the same question to you as I did 7, that he refuses to answer...what is a "fair" percentage for someone who is rich to pay in taxes, agregate...State, Local, Federal income and other federal taxes...give me what you think a fair percentage should be?

You're wrong B. I never said they get taxed higher. I said they pay the same INCOME taxes that we all do but that's not accurate. They actually do pay more because they're in a higher tax bracket. What I also said was that the President keeps throwing out this "16%" thing, when in fact, the 16% thing is on money that was already taxed at an income tax rate. What incentive would people have to invest in our stock markets if they're going to risk their money AND be taxed AGAIN at 35%? Their money in the market is what helps this country function and it helps stimulate our economy.

Obama is going to gouge business owners large AND small, and they aren't going to hire anyone. Did you read that the government is not only going to penalize them if they don't provide their employees with healthcare, but also if they don't provide the FAMILIES of those employees with healthcare also? all of the tens of thousands of small business owners around the country will start letting go of employees because they won't be able to afford the burdens put on them by the feds. You think we're in hard times now? just wait!

If you make over a MILLION DOLLARS per YEAR, not your business, but your OWN income, you should pay straight 25% out of that, without any kind of write offs .

Ok...most of them DO...show look at what FF posted man...VERY few of the rich you claim pay ONLY 25% in taxes...in NY and CA for example the aggregate tax for person making a million per year is almost 65% give or take a percent or 4...give it up B...you are just plain wrong here man.

Obama said the other day that the rich should pay more in taxes since the roads they travelled on to get to school and work helped them make their fortunes. What are illegal aliens or welfare recipients contributing to help pay for the roads THEY took to school? They rode on the same damn roads that the rich rode on. Hell, illegals get a free education, free medical, and we even pay for their groceries and food stamps (which they then sell for drugs and alcohol). I can see why the rich should pay higher taxes. :?

You aren't very good with math are you?? If I make a million dollars and only pay 16% in FEDERAL INCOME TAX...that is STILL $160,000 now add state and local income tax, property taxes, school taxes, sales taxes, payroll taxes and that number goes up considerably...and I would be you have NEVER paid $160K in taxes...let alone the aggregate tax burden.

Most those who make the millions, dont pay the 160000 in taxes. My costumer Jim is one of them. He brags about how he hasnt paid a dime in taxes from his pocket in pver 30 years. And he isnt the only one . It happens all the time.

Do you know anyone that makes a million dollars and pays 650000 in taxes ? seriously ?
I know a doctor here that makes 920.000 a year, you think he would be happy with paying paying 600000 in taxes and just live off of 325000 a year ?

One thing that needs to be done is to get rid of ALL of the illegal immigrants. They have no reasons to be here if they dont contribute, Plain and simple.

There are many legal loopholes out there, but people are paying taxes regardless. Another way to look at it is this... Just say a business owner is only paying 10% taxes. He's helping the economy far more by providing jobs for people who weren't innovative or creative enough to create businesses of their own. The government wants to invest hundreds of BILLIONS of our dollars to "create jobs", yet the people out there with the money not only want to hire people... they're also paying taxes. The government should be paying these creative business men and women across the country for starting up businesses and hiring people not as creative or resourceful. Every person they hire is one less person that is a burden on our country by taking unemployment or welfare benefits. These business people are who Obama wants to punish for being successful. :?

The government wants to invest hundreds of BILLIONS of our dollars to "create jobs", yet the people out there with the money not only want to hire people... they're also paying taxes. The government should be paying these creative business men and women across the country for starting up businesses and hiring people not as creative or resourceful. Every person they hire is one less person that is a burden on our country by taking unemployment or welfare benefits. These business people are who Obama wants to punish for being successful. :?

Sadly now youre just passing on garbage from the opposite party.

G.I.Jim wrote:You're wrong B.

You think we're in hard times now? just wait!

But they dont pay more. Dont you get it. Theyre on a higher tax bracket yes but with everything that they write off they still end up paying less than you and I ;)

You arent very good at paying attention are you ?
Most those who make the millions, dont pay the 160000 in taxes. My costumer Jim is one of them. He brags about how he hasnt paid a dime in taxes from his pocket in pver 30 years. And he isnt the only one . It happens all the time.

So Jim is one of the 1400 American Millionaires who somehow get away with no fed tax due. So what?...look at what Jim did for his community. 100 jobs created in his business with associated taxes, jobs created by purchasing a plane and associated taxes, jobs created by purchasing jet fuel and airport fees and associated taxes, buying a car most certainly required state tax and licenseing fees, I'm guessing he has a facility for these 100 workers that requires water, sewage, phones and electric which must be paid to PUBLIC UTILITIES. Vendors will charge tax and last but not least the MAN gets his one way or another. He pays it or his business does, same fucking difference. Jeez....

The point is, there is ZERO from Jims money and jobs created that goes towards the healthcare. ;)
And anytime he buys a car from us, he pays ZERO in taxes because he is tex exempt.
