Great song!! I have not been able to get that chorus out of my head since I heard it yesterday. I put my pledge in for the CD and posted it on my Facebook page yesterday and can't wait to hear the rest! Best of luck getting the funding you need Jeremey!! Hope you're coming back to Cleveland/NE Ohio soon!!

Yes and no. The song itself stands on its own I think. Jeremey seems to be not trying to copy Journey's sound at all. However by the end of the song the voice inflections remind me of the best of Perry on Trial By Fire. That's a compliment. Also most likely semi unavoidable.

Flat out, it's a good AOR song. That's all that matters.

Thanks everyone! Some of you have already gotten access to the 11 demos, and I'm hoping that the rest of the material is as well received as "Stay" has been...which I know will be hard, because everyone likes "Stay" a whole lot, LOL...But I won't complain.

Listening to Stay now and have listened to the tracks leading up to it. Have been impressed with every song so far. The title track is a great one.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

Babybaby is an interesting one. :lol: Will be cool to hear that one farther along. This Is Your Life is a great one.

It says there are supposed to be 11 tracks, but I only see 10 in the list. I'm getting fucked here! :lol: Just kidding. I just wanted you to know in case one didn't upload or something.

Thanks Rick, Prelude is track 10 and This Is Your Life is track 11, but I put them together since it was streaming and there was no other way to sequence them properly....

Now this is an excellent song. Best song i have heard Jeremey on up to now, although 'This is your life' is also superb though.
Like others have said on here, i shall buy the cd without a doubt if this is the kinda stuff on it.
Some definate Perryisms going on toward the end of the song.
