Well, that was fun ... my feet will never be the same, though, after holding down the front row for 11 straight hours. :D

Both W.E.T. and the Steve Augeri band went down a storm, as the Brits would say, according to the chatter on the Firefest Facebook page. I'll leave it to Deb and Pam to do the W.E.T. commentary since I don't know the songs that well (I know there is video from them too) -- though I LOVED It Comes Down Like Rain. SA did Higher Place, Kiss Me Softly, All the Way, and We Will Meet Again from Arrival, new stuff, Jamie from Tyketto, Sister of Mercy from Tall Stories, and lots of Journey. I'm a happy bunny.

How did If I Fall come off live? That seems like a TOUGH one to reproduce live.

They played most of the good ones from WET, but I'd swap out Put Your Money Where Your Mouth is for Running from the Heartache.

I don't know about that, I don't think it would be a tough one to do LIVE. Alot of the magic in that song is the emotive delivery and his tone. JSS can bring emotive delivery in spades, LIVE.....and well, his tone is his own. That one and My Everything http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCu4q7yH6OQ are easily my two faves on the album. Sure hope somebody got one or both of those!
