Nah man, the backing vocals are off. But he definitely sounds strained. Listen again. I know you've got a good ear. WATCH between 1:14 and 1:18 of One Love. He literally strains, grimaces, and pulls back from the mic. He's also screaming/strained on a lot of different parts.

Don't you fucking hate that? when you are getting close, almost ready to explode, and the door has a knock on it...or God forbid your 3 yr old walks in on you? Yep, happens to all of us dude.

Jeremey wrote:I listened to the original Brothers In Arms vid, then If I Fall and One Love....Sounded to me like Brothers In Arms was the first song of the night (don't know for sure?) but the only issue I'm hearing is that Jeff is having trouble finding the pitch center just because of the choppy rhythm of the verse, and of course, walking out on a stage having never sang the song live before in front of an audience. If I Fall and One Love sounded fine to me, are people really that picky? LOL. I believe Jeff got on a plane from Sweden in the wee hours of the morning of this gig and went out to sing later in what looks to be like a typical outdoor crap environment to sing in. He sounded pretty great to me, LOL. The pitch issues of the BGV are more related to monitoring, which you run into on a typical festival gig.
That being said, I love that JSS is looking like my old idol TTD these days, haha. Looks like it was a great show.

Boy, their sound was incredible when I saw them in 2002 or 2003. One of the best sounding shows I've ever heard. Of course, they had about SIX guitarists onstage.

The one being off key is the bassist, not Jeff. The bassist has more vocal issues on the show. Just check out the WOA clip.
