Which begs the question: If you know you over compartmentalize things, why don't you stop doing it? Another question while I'm at it: Why do you women expect us guys to read your minds?

God's honest truth - anytime my wife asks "What are you thinking?" I head for the hills.

Women tend to over analyze the most minute details, reactions and comments. That is not a criticism, just an observation.

I'm the same way. Things bother me when I can't figure it out and sometimes I doze off at times thinking what could be wrong and why it went wrong and what I'm missing. I'm stubborn and don't really feel the need to explain myself if it doesn't involve my significant other because usually when I do, I get the blank stare like I shouldn't of tried to explain it in the first place. Kind of a lose-lose I suppose.

This is why. IF you answered it would start this:

HER: "Why won't it start"
HIM: "Dunno"
HER: "Did you do something to it"
HIM: "Fuck NO, why would I do something to it?"
HER: "We'll, your the one who rides it"
HIM: "Brilliant, took you 15 to think of that one I bet"
HER: "We'll, if you can't fix it you should just get rid of it"

The point is, women just go on & on & on about it and you never hear the end of it.
