They have an entire channel devoted to the films of Gaspar Noé. Irreversible airs nightly at midnight.

American Horror has taken The Walking Dead's place in my book. American Horror is SUCH a better show, and I LOVE TWD. I have to agree, this last Walking Dead season wasn't good. I see it spinning into a soap opera which blows. They've spent all that time on the farm and not really doing anything. The old guy and the blonde chick and the Sheriff's wife have just dragged the show down big time. I hope that they kick it up a notch.

That sucks...I was only a few episodes in this season...it's tough enough to watch a tv show regularly - I'm all for character development, and atmosphere, but if they've turned TWD into a bunch of tired soap opera shit..I'm out...no thanks...

Just the same as you guys; just with a lot less commercials. I mostly download what I want to see anyways. Californication is the only good show on TV right now.

I was just wondering if French TV had their own type of shows. I think for the most part reality TV stinks, I like AMC's line up of Walking Dead and Hell on Wheels. I have long been a NCIS fan. I rarely watch much else, except there used to be a show called Pushing Daisies. I loved it so much I bought the DVD's of the only two seasoned it aired. Bad hours to show, bad timing.......writers strike, and the fact it was a show that required you to watch from beginning to end to get the whole thing was part of it's demise. It was surrealistic. Not everyone's cup of tea I am sure.

I don't know about that. It was okay. I lost count of all the swipes. The only thing it needed was Count Chocula and his friends to round everything out.

Here's a little insight on why the executive producer, Frank Darabont, left. Apparently AMC did not like the fact he actually wanted to spend money on the highest rated cable program in basic cable history. Thats why you see them spending most of the first half of season 2 on the farm.

Here's what he wanted to do as the season 2 opener. Again, nixed because AMC wanted to save money.

They're supposed to crank up the action in this next batch, too.

And remember to watch Comic Book Men in-between TWD and Talking Dead! (As if you're going to switch channels, anyway!)

Firing the original writers was a bad cost cutting move.

I'm not done with it, but because of the cost cutting you now know why most of the season was spent on that farm.

I don't see why anybody would "stop watching it" because of the farm storyline.

You either watch it (and like it), or you never started watching it because you aren't interested in the genre/premise.

I thought last season ended brilliantly. Loved how in an instant, they changed everyone's point of view to that of the old doctor's.

I have the 1st season dvds and I saw the first 2 episodes so far and I noticed a scene or two missing out of the 2nd episode but I thought I may have been imagining it. Then I'm watching the marathon on AMC tonight and I saw the doozy of scenes they cut out of the 2nd episode of the first season: the scene that they drag a walker inside and chop the shit out of it and rub the splattered guts onto their overcoats so they smell like zombies. Why the hell would they cut this out of the dvd??? Now I'm wondering what other scenes are not on that dvd set. Good thing I dvr'd all the episodes this weekend so I'll have them to put on dvd.

That scene is responsible for the title of Ep. #2. It's not on your DVD? Double-check to make sure you weren't imagining it, because that makes no sense at all!
