AP needs to eat. He looks way too light there and he is the least of the problems with that video.

Jon and Deen looked badass. Seeing Father Time wandering around on stage, however, was a little jarring. Ross has the look of a geriatric who gave his attendants at a nursing home the slip.

Neal's style is usually cool, but he was growling into that mic.

Jon looked the best out of the bunch to be honest.

Does Cain let his kids watch this one? Really, Jon has to be having a bit of a crisis over how this is now becoming the Neal and Michaele show.

I didn't think I'd need a bucket by my side for this one but those love scenes on the beach were sick & it doesn't leave a good taste in your mouth with the direction Journey is heading. Kind of made me think I was watching "Eye For An Eye" and was waiting for a full blown rape scene to occur, one that I would need peroxide to burn out my pupils for but the moment came sooner than expected when that chick tongue-fucked Neal's mouth at one point. :x Ohwell.

The French director of the video has done some porn work

How thoroughly have you examined his C.V.?

I'd say so. When I saw him in Nashville, his arms still seemed monstrous. He should give Neal a pointer or two on aging gracefully.

To be honest, Cain is the only one that actually looks like a bona fide rock musician here.

Yeah, SP looks good for his age.

Neal's appearances run a gamut. I was at Barnes&Noble the other day and there was a magazine with 100 Rock Guitar Heroes or something on it and it featured a pic of Neal with his shades on and holding a PRS, and it looked badass. Then other times he looks like Michaele replaced his body wash with spray tan.

But MVP by far goes to Jon, who looks like he could kick SP and Neal's asses at once.

A good job synching up to the choruses but the rest was hit and miss as they tried to zoom out when the audio and video weren't meshing. Really surprised they didn't cut to live for the applause at the end but I guess they wanted the video to stay centered more around Neal and Michaele's story line, not the band's performance itself.

No doubt. Do you think anyone will appear on the Today show when they show they video Wednesday?

Don, you know the contracts/figures for the music side out there. How much over SAG principal-on-camera rates do you think Neal paid Michaele for appearing in "their" love story video? And there's no way this took months to shoot as they previously reported.

I can't believe after seeing the stiffness of their on camera acting in this video, that any network would be interested in seeing them in a Reality show, but then again... :?

A no name would get 800 to 2,000 dollars.

After watching twice. It could have been alot worse. Don't get me wrong, it was not a good video. As Andrew said....BORING. Can anyone in the band show any kind of movement, emotion, smile, something, other than Schon and Pineda. The performance part was fairly lifeless except for Schon and the "love affair" BS footage should have been left on the cutting room floor. But it could have been alot worse and I was expecting it to be.

And I will say again. There is no way these two get a reality show on TV. Not in the US. No one will watch it.

Live concert footage going against a studio audio track always comes across flat. The Send Her My Love and WCTNGOF videos where done the same way to a much smaller degree and I didn't care for those attempts either.

At least the other guys got some face time though it wasn't from one of their more inspired performances judging by how morose they appeared on stage.

I was thinking it would be a video like this but minus the hot chic and other band members. I guess the budget didn't allow that.

Neal thinks he can do scenes like Seal and Heidi. Not. Cringeworthy in places with the love scenes. The faded shots of her walking on the beach were actually fine. The lips not matching up to singing was noticeable at times and makes the video look cheap. Arnel needs to grow his hair out. Neal doesn't look as bad as he has been looking. It looks like he's laid off the plastic surgery. Jon looks hot for his age, but, as usual, is lifeless on stage. Deen adds life to the video.

I love this song, though, and would love for it get airplay because it's far better than a lot of the newer rock out there.

The daisy dukes and open blouse that despite trying, fail to reveal anything is just creepy.

Sherrie was hotter, but Resonate is the better song.

Ah, but, the "sherrie" video was much more interesting. At least, it was rated G.
Neal's "love story" video looks to be R. The shot of his mouth groping into Michaela's open blouse borders on soft-porn...certainly not suitable for "family" viewing (imo).

Cut the beach "action" and the live footage is pretty bland and I think Anything Is Possible should have been a single, with a fitting video about people in real life battles.

It was a single, spending six weeks on Billboard's adult contemporary chart. Yet the band would not add it to the set-list. Go figure.

Band would've been better off just releasing a live concert video. This is another bargain basement affair. Everything the band has done outside of Sony (dvds, cd packaging, promotional videos) has been mostly amateur hour.

I see what you are getting at here. And I agree - I don't care for the love scenes. But they are tame, not even close to R rated. This could be shown on TV easily. Not that anyone would want to watch it.

Seeing those two slobber all over each in the sand was a little disgusting, they really need to stay out of the music video business.

I agree w/Andrew, the band footage is B~O~R~I~N~G …but I’m trying to figure out why. Aside from the fact that AP looks like an out of place little Asian boy with his side part doo and Deen looks like a cast off from the Crue, I’ve come to the conclusion that they just don’t look like they are interacting and having fun. The WYLAW vid is my favorite, and aside from the frolicking beach scenes, I asked myself "what was the band doing differently in that vid than they are here?!?" …besides singing a good song. The answer was, NOTHING!!

The beach footage could’ve been left out, but one of the band members has to be the sexy, sought after love interest, right?!?!

Wow I watched the first 40 seconds of the video and clicked the x button. Fucking terrible. Also why does there sound like there is more keyboards on this version of the song?

Guess I've been spared. Youtube is blocked at work and the genius in the PR department didnt make the video viewable by a mobile device.

I'm wondering if some of this has to do with it being the last show of a long tour. They all just look tired. Once again, a completely baffling decision to film a video on the last show of a tour and then do something like this with it.

What is strange is how the video goes from 4:3 to 16:9 throughout the transitions from live footage to the beach scenes. I can see an amateur doing that while editing on his home PC but for a professional video shoot I've never seen it done. Did the guy put this together on his macbook while sitting at Starbucks?

That was hard to watch...the beach scenes were very "high school". The funny thing is that the song was probably written about someone else...
