Happy Valentine's Day guys!
To you guys I want to wish a Happy day and ask you to add your favorite love tune here.

A special Valentine wish for my husband Danny, AKA Comedyisnotpretty. Thank you for saving my life for the second time. I owe you for keeping me from dying at Heber Springs all those years ago, and for saving my heart after my ex crushed it into oblivion.

For you Dan I will start with the first song: The Flame

This is our song... You'd think after all of the times I've heard it, I'd get bored with it. I still LOVE it. :D This band had some serious vocals.

Journey: Faithfully
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hw-fbiDVc0s

I asked my now girlfriend of 5 years (6 years in September) to come to the Journey concert with me back in '06 in Pittsburgh. We were just "talking" (nothing serious other than getting a feel for each other) at the time but once "Faithfully" was played on stage, I asked her to officially date me so this song happens to be our signature moment to a promising partnership.

That's the gayest story I've heard all day....and I've heard some pretty gay stories today.

I hate Valentine's Day.

Want to hear something gayer? I can easily one-up that story and it just happened today. I got her personalized Valentines Day m&m's and put her favorite picture of us on them. That has to be #1 on the gaydar, moving my story to #2. I don't think anything else can top it

Well you guys are such a sweet couple too! Love her! :D

She still asks about you and Mel. She had a blast with you guys during the Cheap Trick set and claims you two were one of the sweetest people she's ever met while me and Sean started the party at the meet and greet, haha. 8)

For all the lovely ladies that received flowers, chocolates, etc for Valentines Day, remember next month on March 14 it's Steak & BJ Day. You'll have to return the favor so get ready. My wife was kind enough to actually remind me about it! BTW, none of this applies to Nat (Angel) because somehow I get the feeling she hates Valentine's Day. Maybe it was her million posts of "I hate Valentine's Day" but I can't be sure. :D

Although I have no complaints in that department, some guys can never get enough no matter how often it's done. I just posted that message for the poor saps that don't ever get their own day. Valentine's is typically geared towards women, now men have their designated day for pampering as well.

BTW, it's an understood rule of thumb that women that tend to brag about always doing it generally don't. Just like guys that always brag about packing a huge one usually don't measure up. So I've heard.

Well, rules of thumb have their exceptions. And I wasn't bragging! Just stating a fact!! I actually feel sorry for men who have to treat women like queens but don't get treated back with the same respect. Men shouldn't have to beg. It's actually sad to me that so many women do this to men.

And no, Valentine's day is a 50/50 day to me. Women have their birthdays and mothers day...those are the only days I self indulge. Anniversaries are 50/50 too. Anything for couples should be celebrated showing the other person they are special, men AND women.

All that aside, I know it was a joke!! But sometimes there is truth to jokes. I was in NO WAY saying that YOU are deprived or guilty of any of this!! I'm sorry you took it that way! I just think some women tend to be a bit self centered. Sure women do A LOT, and deserve to be pampered. But so do our guys!! :)

So for those of us that didn't, March 14 is just another Wednesday?

I grow to hate it more and more every year. I almost slapped every woman that got roses at the office yesterday then came up and said "what did your husband do for you?" I just started saying "well, he hates me and wants me dead but didn't kill me, how's that for romantic?"

In Japan, it's the women who hand out the chocolates and gifts on Feb 14th. Then on March 14th (Reply Day), it's the men's turn to return the favor.

Correctly. You get off scot-free and the guy doesn't get off at all.

That sucks Nat. If this is not a joke, why don't you leave the guy?
