Wanderlust

Wife took me to this movie yesterday. I've been too busy to see trailers so I had no idea what this was. But hey, big names in the movie - why not?

Even today I am still annoyed at how bad that movie is. What movie studio felt they should collect people's money to watch this? They tried to be over the top to be funny, probably trying to be like Something About Mary or Superbad. But this thing didn't even come close.

Comedy is different to everyone, but I doubt many would find this even mildly entertaining. It was uncomfortable.

Well, when Jennifer Aniston kept trying to sell it by saying there was nudity and penises in it, she sounded desperate to sell it to everyone. I thought it might mean it was bad.

Yea sounds bad. The only movie I ever did walk out of was Hudson Hawk starring Bruce Willis,Danny Aiello,Andie MacDowell,James Coburn,Sandra Bernhard,David Caruso, and Frank Stallone. Just cause it has alot of stars in it does not mean it is good.

I'm going to see it. Rudd isn't bad and Anniston is eye candy so for a dvd rent, I'm looking. Watched "The Rum Diary" last night. Shitty day here in Florida all

damn day so why not stay in and watch a movie. I thought is was pretty good. Depp and his cohorts drinking, doing some lsd, and getting into some mischief.

I'll tell you a bad movie, probably the worst one I ever seen. "The Tempest". From the opening line to when I shut it off 40 minutes in, was nothing but line after

line of Shakespearean quotes flowing like a river. Even after 2 gin & tonic's, I couldn't stand anymore. I wouldn't even give it half a star, it sucked!
"Steve "The Riffmaster" Clark"

My generations "Jimmy Page"

Agree with your premise completely and I do hope you enjoy. But for me, neither was true in this movie.

By the way - my thoughts are completely related to the script , the editing, and the overall story line. The actors did hat they could with what they had.

Me too. But thank gawd I didn't give The Change Up a pass when a friend told me not to see it, that it was stupid. Saw it this weekend, and I guess I have a warped sense of humour, but I thought there was parts in it that Ryan and Jason were hilarious. Cracked right up on this scene when Jason Bateman (who is Ryan in Jason's body) comes running in the room with this line..........

Best part of that movie for me was the tattoo. Made me laugh for a good 5 minutes.
