VIP Tickets?

Postby Gideon » Fri Mar 23, 2012 8:55 am

So tickets for the Louisville show go on sale tomorrow. How do I find out if that concert has VIP tickets?

Apparently there's no VIP/ILAA for this show. :(

Probably because as soon as they get off of the stage, Neal jumps back into the dressing room wearing nothing but a sock for his girl, and the rest of the band jumps on the bus and heads to the next town to get away from Frankenweenie!

I'm thinking about it. Saw them at this venue in 2009 (snagged a front-row ticket on Ticketmaster two weeks before the show for $50), but I think I might be at the point where the same songs in a three-band package don't excite me as much. Especially for these two bands - don't care about them. Unless Loverboy is playing songs from Just Gettin' Started. Couple that with this not being a new album tour (I know, I know, it's the second leg of the Eclipse Tour, but that didn't matter on the first leg as far as playing new material!), and this is going to be a wait-and-see approach. Better support bands would push me over the edge, but there are other tours I want to see this summer.

Nice.
It's confirmed that me and the old lady will be there, but the tickets were murderous.

LOL I've only ever done VIP once (Mr Big last year) and it was worth every penny. You shoulda. I've met both Neal Schon and Paul Gilbert and have to say, Paul is a MUCH more down to earth and fascinating guy to talk to. Talking with Eric, Pat, Billy and Paul, it struck me  I don't think I've ever been surrounded by more talent in my entire life, nor probably ever will be.

I've done VIP twice before and loved it. It's actually my gf who is adamant about VIP, though.
