The Joe-era was cut short. It would be a missed opportunity of epic proportions not for TOTO to do something while the lineup is re-grouped. Almost every Luke/Goodrum collaboration on Steve's solo efforts sound like new TOTO anyway,

Maybe not officially, but one would hope they are collaborating on somethin. Neal and Jon kept writing even before Perry signed off and let them continue with the Journey name.
