Which recording of the song "I Wanna Go Back" is better, Gregg Rolie's, or Eddie Money's?

New Year's Eve concert (1986 if I recall correctly) @ Cow Palace in SF. Headliners were Night Ranger. Opening was Rolie-Schon and friends, followed by Eddie Money in the middle. This may have been the night that Money decided he wanted to record this song too. Gregg had just released his self-titled solo album shortly before and they played this song that night. It was not long afterward that this tune showed up on Money's album and was a huge hit for him. Not so much for Gregg.

Much prefer Eddie's version if for no other reason the arrangement sounds so much more polished and "big". The addition of the sax is a nice touch too.
