Any speculation as to why Arnel is not cordless on the MIC?

Neal posted on my Facebook page that the wired mic gives a fuller sound to Arnel's voice for the ballads, and the wired is used for the rockers so he can be more active. Now we know! LOL.

Did you send him a pm and ask? If not, we can assume Neal's trolling the MR forums again.

The wireless mic can be a better benefit over the corded mic......Cordless lets you run across the stage in every direction.....There is no difference in sound, so NEAL is just fucking with you on that comment.....Neal has always claimed his words are "Golden".........It's really just a matter of opinion.

Schon was "corded" up until around 2008... and true diversity wireless really didn't equal wired until about that time, so there was a difference in audio quality and transmitter/receiver reliability

Given your posts in the threads you've been "drive-bying"... I'd say its you who needs to learn to get along.....

in short, your behavior is more akin to an internet troll... lookee here Einstein.. here's the definition:

In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as a forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response

Learn some internet etiquette... don't type in caps (it's shouting)... don't personally attack people (like you just did Jeremey) for no reason...

and if yer gonna continue trolling you might as well update your avatar... here's the correct pic.

LOL, no.

After the few posts in this thread over a month ago trying to figure out what exactly people were talking about, I forgot all about it. I was surprised to see a post from Neal on my Jeremey Frederick page on Friday referencing the question, so all I could think is maybe someone in Neal's entourage saw it and thought "Oh no! Jeremey thinks Arnel is lipping and using two microphones!" or something. No idea why it would have been something worth replying to over a month later, unless someone was reading some intent from my question (that of course wasn't there...I would hope no one got that impression from my post  )

Did you send him a pm and ask? If not, we can assume Neal's trolling the MR forums again.

LOL, no.

I was wondering if it couldn't have something to do with soundboard boots? I read somewhere that a lot of boot recordings are made from tapping into wireless signals from the band. I have no idea how true that is, or why the band would even care if someone did record and boot it, but it's just a thought.

Christ he looks like shit in that vid. Wimpy hair, tats all over the arms, what the hell is he trying to convey to the audience? I can't see anyone visually connecting with that guy...as a lead singer of Journey. Close your eyes...he sounds good. But jeesh...visually he's a total wreck in that vid.
