Yea. I think in this case CPC should simply say it's not his style. Saying something is outright horrible should be reserved for the likes of Vanilla Ice and One Direction. No offense to any 11 year olds reading the board.

So after listening now about 3 dozen times - I think Andrew is correct. This new Rick Springfield is 100 out of 100. I really couldn't say anything he could have done to make it better.
