Hello Ladies!

i love the reading although the words do sound dismayed
i wonder if hearts were broken or is that my own silly way
of reading too much into a few simple words
of humming the music instead of listening to the chorus
of singing a song aloud instead of whispering in an ear
when things should be forgotten and you're still standing there
the words are the same it's just the meanings unclear
i suppose it's time to go
it's just you say he is still so very near
it doesn't matter you just have to let it be
it's better that way I thought you could already see
life and music goes on and on and on
stop trying to turn melody into a song

in a forgotten land beneath the most luminescent of stars
lived a fair maiden with a bountiful giving heart
where her every dream of hope and promises would always hold true
and in her head some times she'd hear the voice of Queen Emerson Blue
it didn't matter if the winds whispered her secrets to the trees
or the rains splattered her hope to be lost in a chilly breeze
or if the sun would wink at the clouds in a bright obsidian sky

she would smile and take some more steps along on her most conspicuous of walks
into the light of the day until the sun meets the dark
beneath the stars in its midnight cloudless skies
behold the moon she'd whispered smiling down upon our lives
