One of the most common words uttered in a kitchen is "landed on a napkin" for when food is dropped.
While you're at it, don't eat food from stores either. My friend'ss hand got hit pretty good by the meat grinder and he had to go to the hospital for treatment. Meanwhile someone took over the meat grinder. All of the ground beef was put out for sale. With human skin and blood as a bonus.
Anyway, the first picture was a joke as the shells were being thrown out and the second one does really bother me much. I don't eat at either of these places anyway.

There's a section in the plant that does the sausages and hotdogs. There are large 50 or so gallon drums that are filled with the stuff that can't be sold as is like skin, fat, tendons, gristle, guts, reproductive organs, etc. whatever have you. When those drums are filled, they are taken and the contents dumped into an industrial sized grinder for the sausage and hotdog preparation. .
