TNC, Jack is fine where he is!

Dude could write the catchiest hook while in a coma. Geeze, I can't wait for June 10th. Anyone else planning on picking this up?
Damn they are a great band. Saw them a quite a few times over the past few years and this has me dying to go again.

Fuck Jack can write great tunes.. hell the whole band is great.. and it looks like they genuinely love playing together... unlike Journey... who look like they are at a funeral onstage..

Sluc nailed it. That song is awesome and I can't wait to get the new Night Ranger cd. I've seen them several times in the past few years and they are super live. I first seen them with Foreigner and Journey. NR only played 45 mins and they handed Journey and Foreigner their asses. Their live sound is really good too. Can't wait for the new cd and tour!

The way you guys have been carrying on, I may have to pick this up. I too saw them open for Foreigner & JRNY. Joel Hoekstra actually filled in for Mick Jones later that night. It's one thing to upstage Mick Jones (great songwriter, decent guitarist). It's another to make Schon look like an amateur. Walking away that night, my friends couldn't say enough good things about Joel. Killer guitarist.

I've heard 2 new NR songs.

High Road: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vRty6qwGzI

and now "I'm Coming Home" on the MR front page...

FUCKING STELLAR.

Production is outstanding.
The writing is great.
The playing is classic NightRanger.

NightRanger is the best melodic rock band in America.

So WTF can't Journey do this?

NR owns their ass at their own game! I'm flying to NH to see NR and Boston in a couple of weeks. I hope Journey can pick their game up so I want to see them again.

The latest two NR cd's are KILLER!

And RWF is right on, High Road is another killer cd. Classic Night Ranger!

I saw Night Ranger several years ago with Gayle and Jen at the Glass Cactus in Grapevine Texas. A small venue with excellent sound. Gayle said let's get up front, and so we did. We were right at the stage. Brad Gillis is a character. He, at one point, put on a mean face, bent over to our level and got literally right in our faces. Any one of us could have thumped him on his nose. The tickets were cheap, but the concert and hanging out with Gayle and Jen was priceless. They played their butts off for such a small crowd. I say small crowd, the place holds something like 1500. It was packed to the gills.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.
